1 Introduction

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use T999, you must meet the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. T999 does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a location where online gaming is permitted under applicable local rules.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering your account.
• You must not be an existing T999 account holder. Only one account per person, household, device, or IP address is permitted.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or using another person's identity or payment details.

T999 may request identity verification documents at any point during your account lifecycle. This includes but is not limited to a government-issued CNIC, passport, or other valid identification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

3 Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on T999. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or by mistake — will be merged or closed, and any balances or bonuses associated with duplicate accounts may be voided without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. T999 will not be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your password. 4 Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Payments

All financial transactions on T999 — both deposits and withdrawals — are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion, and no foreign exchange fees apply. T999 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

• JazzCash – instant processing in most cases
• Easypaisa – instant processing in most cases
• Raast – instant bank-to-bank transfer
• Bank Transfer – standard processing time applies
• Debit / Credit Cards – subject to card issuer processing
• Mobile Wallets – as supported at the time of transaction

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the Deposit page at the time of transaction. T999 does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges which are outside T999's control.

Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method previously used for deposits, or to a verified account held in your own name. T999 may require additional verification before processing a withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours during business hours, though times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status of your account.

T999 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts. This is a standard security measure and is not indicative of suspected wrongdoing. Players are advised to keep their verification documents up to date to avoid unnecessary delays.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

T999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, and platform milestones.

All bonuses are subject to individual promotional terms, which will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page. The following general bonus rules apply across all T999 offers unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus funds are separate from real money funds. Real money is played first.
• A wagering requirement applies to all bonuses before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier will be stated on the promotion page.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from your account once the expiry date passes.

6 Gaming Rules

7 Sports Betting

T999's sports betting section covers cricket, football, esports, and other major sporting events, with particular depth in Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, T20 internationals, and other high-profile cricket tournaments that Pakistani fans follow most closely.

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on T999:

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• In the event a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific market rules applicable to that event. Generally, if less than the required play is completed, stakes are returned.
• Live betting odds update in real time. T999 is not responsible for bets placed on incorrect odds resulting from a player's failure to confirm the current price before submitting.

• T999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known to the player prior to the bet being accepted (late bet).
• Suspicious betting patterns or evidence of match manipulation will result in stake refunds and may lead to account suspension pending investigation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, T999's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your T999 account at the time the claim arises.

T999 is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device failure, or third-party service disruptions beyond T999's control.

• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the Platform.
